➤ Statesboro Police Department

▲ George Willie Mincey, 29, West Main Street-  possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, brake lights violation, suspended license. 

▲ Desmond Dominic Redding, 36, Anthony Street — DUI, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, fleeing/attempt to elude, driving without a valid license, failure to signal turn or lane change, failure to maintain lane, parole violation.

➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office

▲ DEWPOINT DRIVE — Deputies questioned a person reported as suspicious but learned they had business at that location. However, the vehicle he was using, owned by someone else, was towed due to having no insurance.

▲ CARLTON LANE — A man told deputies tenants violated a lease agreement by having dogs. He said the house contained dog feces and urine, and carpets and mattresses were ruined by such. He also reported the theft of a TV and vacuum cleaner. The damages were estimated to be $3,800.

▲ WEST MAIN STREET — Officers responded to a call, listed as suspicious activity, that involved a dispute between juveniles.

▲ FAIR ROAD — Someone reportedly took a gym bag, firearm, clothing and a hygiene kit from a car.

▲ SEW MUCH FUN/BERMUDA RUN ROAD — A woman reported someone damaged a back door lock.

▲ PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — Officers responded to a domestic dispute but parties involved said it was only verbal.

▲ CHURCH STREET — A victim told police someone was stalking them and making unwanted contact.

▲ Officers issued no traffic citations and two traffic warnings and assisted one motorist.
