Police Report 12-14-11 - 2 large pizzas and a delivery bag reported stolen

STATESBORO POLICE
Arrests
    Vicki Floyd Howell, 50, N. Hwy 67 (Pembroke) — theft by shoplifting.
    Lew Addison Sims, 25, Westlake Drive — simple battery against a police officer, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness.
    Brian Lee Stroud, 28, Turtle Lane (Hinesville) — probation violation.

Incidents
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman reported suspicious activity when she opened the back door of her residence and saw a man running away from the home.
    HART STREET — A juvenile was arrested after biting her mother’s arm when the mother tried to take back a cell phone.
    S. MULBERRY STREET — A woman reported that an unknown person(s) broke two windows and illegally entered her residence while she was away.
    CHURCH STREET — A bicycle was reported stolen.
    CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN — A battery was reported by a woman who says an offender threw a picture frame at her, hitting her in the foot, during an altercation.
    WALMART — A pair of juveniles were caught and turned over to parents after shoplifting $169 worth of merchandise.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A pizza delivery car was reported broken into. Two large pizzas and a delivery bag were stolen.
