    Austin Jay Symnak, 31, Thomas Village — suspended license, marijuana possession.
    Michael Byron Clark, 43, Friendship Church Road — marijuana possession, no insurance.
    Owen Henry Hancock,19, Windsor Way —  loitering/prowling, possession/use of a drug-related object.
    Hayden Matthew Haskins, 18, Chestnut Oak Lane — loitering/prowling, possession/use of a drug-related object.
    Ronald Henry Rushing, 18, Glen Oaks Drive — loitering/prowling, possession/use of a drug-related object.

    Jose Martin Cosme, 23, Nature Way — suspended license.
    Jonathan Edward Atnip, 18, Ruxberry Court, Suwanee, Ga. — underage possession of alcohol.
    Christopher Lee Messina, 18, Padgett Road, Senoia, Ga. — disorderly conduct.
    Andrew Scott Mozingo, 19, Rocksram Court, Buford, Ga. — furnishing alcohol to underage persons.
    Abrams Derel Diquan Jeter, 18, Lanier Drive — underage possession of alcohol.
    Jesus Javier Melchor, 22, Chandler Road — DUI (refused test), obstruction, fleeing/attempt to elude, failure to maintain lane, too fast for conditions, disorderly conduct.
    Thomas Guyton Bowen, 20, Wheeler Street, Savannah — pedestrian under the influence, underage possession of alcohol, giving false information.
    Christopher O’Brian Endsley, 22, Lanier Drive — marijuana possession, failure to obey traffic device.
    Kentavius Kendrell West, 24, Miller Street Extension — impeding the flow of traffic, second offense DUI.
    Frankie D. Hayton Perkins, 46, Poplar Avenue — DUI/drugs, endangering a child while DUI, improper stopping on roadway.

INCIDENTS
    Statesboro Police, Georgia Southern University and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Bulloch Sheriff’s Office
    ELLIS WOOD DRIVE — A woman told police around 1:30 p.m. Thursday that a man, claiming to represent a security company, asked several questions about her home. The website he gave her did not match the information he gave and a call to the company revealed he was not affiliated with the business. The woman was alerted to the scam when the man claimed to have sold an account to a neighbor, who has been deceased more than a year.
    MIKELL STREET — A man was arrested for failing to register as a convicted sex offender around 9:45 p.m. Thursday. He moved and did not notify law enforcement, as mandated by law.

Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Oct. 20-26:
    Surrendered by citizens — four dogs and 11 cats from rural county areas; four cats from City of Statesboro.
    Collected by officers — eight dogs and three cats from rural county areas; three dogs and four cats from City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter — six dogs and three cats.
    Reclaimed by owners — none.
    Died at shelter — one cat.
    Euthanized — seven dogs and eight cats.
    Fees collected — $545.
