Statesboro Police Department

ASPEN HEIGHTS - A man reported that someone stole his $40 backpack containing a $2,000 laptop - a Macbook Pro - from his friend's front porch.
UNIVERSITY PLACE - A burglary was reported in which someone entered a residence through a rear window and stole a book bag, a Sony Playstation 4 gaming system, a Nintendo 3ds XI gaming system and two games, altogether valued at $620.
LANIER DRIVE - A resident reported someone stole three bicycles.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Office
SHERIFF'S OFFICE LOBBY - A woman who came to the Sheriff's Office to pick up a copy of her criminal history was found to have a warrant for failure to appear in Johnson County and was arrested and escorted to the jail.
HODGES CIRCLE - A woman reported that a white man wearing a badge walked onto her porch, walked around her vehicles in her front yard, and returned to the porch with a black pistol. The man reportedly left in a gray Crown Victoria with what looked like cameras on the trunk.
LOCATION WITHHELD - Someone was scheduled to be examined as a victim of an unreported sexual assault.
SOUTHEAST BULLOCH MIDDLE SCHOOL - The principal reported an incident of inappropriate contact between a juvenile victim and a juvenile suspect. The victim's father was called, and the sheriff's department logged the incident as suspected sexual battery against a child under 16.
VETERANS MEMORIAL PARKWAY - A woman reported that when she intervened in a verbal dispute between her sister and her niece, the niece pulled her aunt's head back by her hair and struck her on the cheek, causing her to bleed. After interviewing the niece's mother, a deputy arrested the niece on a battery charge and contacted juvenile justice authorities.
BURKHALTER PLANTATION - A deputy reported that the entire Bulloch County Sheriff's Office shift responded to reports Nov. 11 of a very large party at a home on Bruiser Circle, which was filled with vehicles blocking the roadway. Deputies advised the resident to shut down the party and clear everyone out, and they gave him a warning.
