INCIDENT REPORTS

➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office

▲ PIONEER TRAIL– A man said he broke up three weeks ago with a woman with whom he had a “romantic relationship” and she continues to try to contact him. She also posts on social media that he uses Facebook to contact women and has threatened to “expose” their relationship. He said she also comes by his home causing problems.

▲ ROBERTS ROAD – A woman said she and her mother are arguing over custody of her children, who are currently in a foster home and the mother harasses her by social media.

▲ STONEBROOK WAY – A woman said someone ripped a car cover off a vehicle, knocked a bird bath off its pedestal and has been taking bulbs from outside light fixtures.

▲ HONEYSUCKLE LANE – A woman who has temporary custody of her sister’s children during a Department of Family and Children Services case said the children’s mother creates various new social media accounts to harass her about the case.

▲ COWBOY WAY – A man said two juveniles were in a room with his juvenile nieces and nephews and he heard a niece yell for someone to stop touching her inappropriately. He said he confronted the kids and one tried to stab him with a knife and threatened to shoot everyone with a gun. Another witness stated the juvenile offender pulled up his shirt and flashed a gun. The complainant said the kids gave his juvenile relatives pills and marijuana, but the offending juveniles denied any of the accusations.

▲ HIGHWAY 67 – A woman said she felt unsafe because someone left an unsigned note with a phone number that said “Hey Bootyful” on her windshield.

 

➤ Statesboro Police Department

▲ LANIER DRIVE – A woman reported damage to her front door.

▲ BUCKHAVEN WAY – A person reported someone accessed a bank account using a Social Security Number and took $1,000.

▲ BULLOCH COUNTY COURTHOUSE – A child’s wallet found in the area was taken to the police department for safekeeping since no owner was located.

▲ BRAMPTON AVENUE – Officers responded to a domestic dispute that was verbal in nature.

▲ FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH – Police met with a woman who reported having problems with her son. Officers gave her information in resources and remedies.

▲ JAMES STREET – A woman reported the theft of a silver 2020 Nissan Versa. Police later located the car.

 

➤ Georgia Southern University Police

▲ Officers issued 10 traffic citations and two traffic warnings and assisted one motorist Monday.

▲ EAGLE VILLAGE – Someone reported property damage.

▲ DINING COMMONS – Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person or activities.

Also, someone reported financial transaction card fraud.

▲ RUSSELL UNION – Someone reported damage to property.

▲ FREEDOM’S LANDING – Someone reported a suspicious person or activities.

▲ FOREST DRIVE – Officers responded to a report of property damage.

▲ CITY CAMPUS – Someone reported a theft.
