Hugo Batista, 44, Rueben Lane, Glennville - DUI/less safe, driving without a valid license, driving on the wrong side of the road, open container.
INCIDENTS
Statesboro Police Department
WAL-MART SUPERCENTER - A person was arrested for shoplifting an $80 cellphone case.
LANIER DRIVE - A man said someone stole $400 that fell from a bag at a convenience store. Video showed another customer taking the fallen money.
DELUXE INN - A woman said her ex-boyfriend followed her from Savannah and was stalking her.
HILL STREET - A man said three men dressed in all black struck him in the head with a metal pipe or bat. The suspects were not located.
WEST MAIN STREET - A man reported being shot by one of three men around 9:20 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to the hospital. The incident is still under investigation.
Bulloch County Sheriff's Office
KENNEDY POND ROAD - An inebriated 19-year-old woman thought she was at a college sorority house and told deputies her ex-boyfriend was there, stalking her. She became upset when she was told she was not at either of the two sorority houses she named and that her ex-boyfriend was not at the gathering she was attending. She didn't know where she was and became upset. She was arrested on charges of public intoxication and underage possession of alcohol.
WESTSIDE ROAD - Someone vandalized a house with toilet paper, flour and cooking oil. Offensive pictures were drawn in the flour.
BURKHALTER ROAD - A man became enraged when a woman conversed with a friend online. He struck her several times and choked her, she said. A witness said she heard the blows and heard them fighting. When deputies took the man into custody, they found drug paraphernalia and marijuana on his person.
BEN GRADY COLLINS ROAD - A man checking his property for storm damage found a table saw, air compressor, metal brake and ratchet set had been stolen. The ratchet set was recovered nearby.
HARVILLE HOUSE/HARVILLE ROAD - Seven people were served with criminal trespass warnings after being caught on the historic property. They told deputies they heard about the house's alleged history of being haunted and wanted to "check it out." Owners of the home deny the haunting rumors are true and have posted "no trespassing" signs. The private property is not open to the public.
KYLE SORREL ROAD - A man broke into a store and stole $700. The incident was recorded on surveillance video, but the suspect's face was covered by a bandana. The case is under investigation.
BASS COURT - A deputy responded to a call about a mobile home that had been destroyed after several trees fell.
LAWRENCE CHURCH ROAD - A man reported eight guns, two TVs and a Yeti cooler had been stolen from his home after he evacuated for Hurricane Matthew.
MIKE BRANNEN ROAD - A man who was reported as suspicious dropped a duffel bag and ran when deputies tried to talk to him as he walked down the road. He was arrested on obstruction charges.
LANES CHURCH ROAD - A man found two archery arrows in the ground behind his home. He told deputies he was concerned because children were around and he believed someone shot the arrows carelessly.
Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued no traffic citations and four traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
