    * Ryan Barthell, 24, address unlisted, Statesboro – failure to notify owner upon striking a parked car.
    * Melanie Sue Lanier, 28, Live Oak Loop, Ellabell – theft by shoplifting.
    * Robert Joseph Trout, 19, Live Oak Loop, Ellabell – theft by shoplifting.
    * Jason Andrew Lacienski, 22, Echo Way – failure to maintain lane, DUI.
    * Mary E. Anderson, 39, Ga. Hwy 129, Claxton – theft by taking.

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    * Jeremy Doyle Sapp, 40, Cypress Lake Mobile Home Park, Register – disorderly conduct.

    * Officers issued one traffic citation Thursday.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    * EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER – A woman reported someone shattered her car window and took an iPod and purse. Another woman reported someone tried to break her car window but fled when they were unsuccessful.
    * PARK PLACE APARTMENTS – A man said his ex-girlfriend calls and texts him in a harassing manner.
    * GENTILLY DRIVE – A man said a suspicious man asked to rent from him for his daughter and sent a check for 10 times the amount of rent.
    * STADIUM WALK APARTMENTS – A man backed into a parked car during a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. He left and was later located and arrested for failure to notify the owner of the damage.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    * STILSON-LEEFIELD ROAD – (Brooklet) Someone tried to steal an air conditioner unit from a church and caused damage.
    * ROZIER FORD — (Statesboro) Someone “keyed” several vehicles in the parking lot.
    * JOYNER MOBILE HOME PARK – (Statesboro) A man said a jacket purchased online was shipped to his old address, but the people living there said they never received it.
    * OLD GROVELAND ROAD – (Pembroke) Someone stole plywood, lumber and nails.
    * U.S. 301 NORTH – (Statesboro) A woman said someone stole $270 from a can in her storage shed and suspected a man who had been seen lurking on her property.
    * BRENDA ROAD – (Portal) A man reported a property dispute.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    * Crashes investigated – three.
    * Fatalities reported – none.
    * Total vehicle stops – two.
    * Seatbelt warnings – two.
    * Child restraint warnings – none.
    * Speeding warnings – one.
    * Total warnings issued – 
    * Wanted persons apprehended – none.
    * Stolen vehicles recovered – none.
    * Road checks performed – two. 
    * Motorists assisted – none.
    * Miles patrolled – 488.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    * Officers assisted five motorists, issued 4 traffic warnings and responded to one alarm Thursday.
    * PHYSICAL PLANT BUILDING – Someone found a bicycle.
    * WATSON COMMONS - Officers found a lost purse.
    * RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER – A parking boot was reported stolen.
    * SOUTHERN PINES – Someone reported a tree stolen.
    * HENDERSON LIBRARY – Someone reported a calculator stolen.
    * UNIVERSITY VILLAS — Officers responded to  a complaint of possible drug activity. No contraband was found. The matter was turned over to Judicial Affairs.

Central 911 Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Thursday:
    * Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — nine calls.
    * Statesboro Police Department — 17 calls.
    * University Police Department – one call.
    * Georgia State Patrol – five calls.
    * Candler County Sheriff's Department – eight calls.
    * Evans County Sheriff's Department – three calls.

911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Thursday:
    * Statesboro Fire Department – one call.
    * Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters – two calls.

911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Thursday:
    * Bulloch County EMS – two accident calls and 14 medical calls.
    * Candler County EMS – five medical calls.
    * Evans County EMS – three medical calls.
    * Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls  Thursday:   four calls to Emanuel County 911 and a call to Tattnall County 911.
