Georgia Southern University Arrests
    * Officers issued seven traffic citations Thursday.
    * Stephen Antwon Johnson, 25, 8th Court, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. — entering auto, financial transaction card theft and financial transaction card fraud.
    * Justin Foster Battiste, 29, Valley Road — possession of a weapon on a school campus (knife).
    * Christopher Ray Boylan, 20, Robin Hood Trail, was charged with underage possession/consumption of alcohol and public indecency.
    * Bloussy Nonorme, 33, Chandler Road, was charged with wanted person.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    * WEST MOORE AVENUE – Someone damaged a garage door while trying to pry it open.
    * EAST GRADY STREET – Someone broke in, took a computer hard drive and heater, then left them outside on the ground.
    * HOLIDAY INN – A man became irate and cursed a clerk when she would not give him a room number for a guest. Police arrested the man.
    * WAL-MART – A man shoplifted a DVD and a hard drive.
    * AUTOMOTION – A man left with a vehicle without paying for services rendered.
    * EAGLES LANDING – Officers responding to a drug complaint smelled marijuana and arrested two for marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    * KMART – A woman shoplifted a felony amount (over $300) of clothing, potting soil, bath products and shoes.
    * CITY OF STATESBORO – A Covington woman reported someone filed taxes in her name for 2009 and 2010 without her permission at a Statesboro location,
    * HARVEY’S (Northside Drive West) — A woman said her ex-boyfriend’s girlfriend struck her in the neck.

    * Crashes investigated – four.
