LeAnne Robinson, dean for Academic Affairs – Business & General Education at Ogeechee Technical College, was selected recently to participate in the 2025 Georgia Association for Women in Higher Education (GAWHE) Fellows Leadership Program.

“I am truly honored to be selected for the GAWHE Fellows Program,” Robinson said.

“This recognition is a testament to the support and inspiration I have received from colleagues, students, and our community.

"Leadership is about continuous learning, collaboration, and service, and I look forward to engaging with fellow leaders in this program to grow, contribute, and make a meaningful impact.”

The GAWHE Fellows program includes attending the GAWHE annual conference for a kickoff event in Macon from Feb. 24-26.

Fell- ows will engage in a mentor/fellow relationship with an Executive Coach from the TRUIST Center for Ethical Leadership and participate in one-on-one mentoring sessions. They will complete a 360 evaluation, followed by a debrief, and attend at least one GAWHE leadership workshop.

Additionally, fellows are expected to participate in a debrief session at the conclusion of their experience. Throughout the program, fellows will demonstrate a willingness to mentor others and actively engage in enhancing their leadership skills.
