A Statesboro man accused of touching a teen in an inappropriate manner faces sex offense charges.

Craig Lance Braziel, 27, of Honeysuckle Lane, is charged with child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes, said Statesboro Police interim Chief Robert Bryan.

Tuesday, Statesboro Police Advanced Patrol Officer Nick Marson was called to the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office, where a woman “stated Craig Lance Braziel had inappropriately touched her 13-year-old sister while at Fred’s on Northside Drive West,” Bryan said.

The victim, the complainant and Braziel were transported to the Statesboro Police Department at the request of Det. Kevin Wadley.

“Through further investigation Mr. Braziel was arrested,” Bryan said.

He also said the victim reported no injuries.
