Statesboro Police Arrests
    Adam Stuart Jameson, 19, English Oak Drive, Rincon — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
    Katherine E. Barnes, 19, Wilshire Terrace, Lawrenceville — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
    Ellen L. Harris, 19, Brook Lane, Roswell — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
    Elizabeth Sara Shoer, 19, Lake Ridge Road, Gainesville — underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
    Arrests made Friday through Monday will be reported Tuesday.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Arrests made Thursday through Monday will be reported Tuesday.
        
Georgia State Patrol Arrests

Statesboro Police Incidents
    UNIVERSITY VILLAS — A woman said her ex-boyfriend stole her cell phone and cut her cable lines.
    In a separate incident, the same complainant told police the same offender pushed her in the face, choked her, and pulled her hair. She said this is a recurring problem, and witnesses gave accounts of what they saw.
    AUTO ZONE — A man and woman fought over mechanics services he provided. The woman said the man pushed and scratched her, and the man had slight scratch marks.
    WAL-MART — Three juveniles were arrested for shoplifting a knife, a pair of scissors, a cell phone memory card and a video game.
    
    Other incidents occurring Friday through Monday will be reported Tuesday.
             
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
    STILL QUARTERS — (Ellabell) — A deputy responding to a reported domestic disturbance arrested a man on reckless conduct charges.
    OLD RIVER ROAD NORTH — (Brooklet) A man reported the theft of two pool pumps.
    U.S. 80 WEST — (Hopeulikit) A man and woman arguing were each arrested - he for disorderly conduct and she for having no insurance on the car she was driving. She also had suspended registration.
    WIGFALL ROAD — (Register) A man  called deputies because his brother was intoxicated and firing a gun. The offender was cursing and became angry when told to leave, and went to his own home across the road and got a pistol. He returned to his brother's home and fired it into the air before getting on his four-wheeler and leaving. Deputies located him, and he fled behind a house, but was apprehended and taken to jail.

    During the period between April 13-19, the Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter recorded the following activity:
    Animals incoming:
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, rural areas — 17 dogs.
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, Statesboro city limits — four dogs and a cat.
    Surrendered by citizens — two dogs and 11 cats.
    Number in litters surrendered — 15 puppies and 15 kittens.
    Animals outgoing:
    Shelter adoptions — three dogs and a cat.
    Pets & People — five dogs and a cat.
    Returned to owners — one dog.
    Died at shelter — seven dogs and four cats.
    Euthanized from isolation — 19 dogs and four cats.
    Enforcement activity:
    Opossum complaint — one.
    Chicken complaint — one.
    Warnings issued — 16.
    Money collected:
    Adoption fees — $350.
    Surrender fees — $70.
    Returned animal fines — $35.
