A Statesboro woman was killed Sunday during a domestic dispute when another woman shot her in the head, according to reports. Evans County Sheriff Randall Tippins said Laquanda Butler, 32, Green Cypress Church Road, Claxton, shot and killed Angela Rauls Joyce, whose age and specific address he could not provide. Joyce lived in Statesboro, he said.
