Bulloch County commissioners voted Tuesday to approve a bid for paving one of several county dirt roads slated for improvement. Ellis Wood Contracting submitted the winning bid to pave Horace Mitchell Road, which is one of the next dirt roads slated to be paved, said Bulloch County Manager Tom Couch. The contracting company bid $144,792.50 for the project.
