CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. and Ewing Southeast Realty announced Monday that Books-A-Million will be part of Statesboro Crossing - a 162,000 square-foot shopping center development off the Brannen Street Extension. Construction is underway for an expected fall 2008 opening.

Like the more than 200 locations throughout the United States, Books-A-Million’s Statesboro store will offer a large selection of books, magazines, collectibles, gifts and more.
Books-A-Million’s own Joe Muggs Café, a coffee and espresso bar, offers roasted coffee and a selection of coffee drinks.
In addition to Books-A-Million, T.J.Maxx and Hobby Lobby will anchor the shopping center along with a pet superstore, and office supply superstore. Statesboro Crossing will also feature more than 38,000 square feet of specialty stores including Rack Room Shoes.
Statesboro Crossing is located on an approximately 50-acre site at the southwest corner of Brannen Street Extension and Veteran’s Memorial Parkway.
