The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mary Small of Claxton and the late Ben Small of Metter and Jim and Cheryl Rogers of Brooklet. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Louis and Bertha Nesmith of Statesboro and Reg and Pat Walters of Savannah.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd G. Smith of Cochran, Ga., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Nabors of Spanish Fort, Ala., and is the great-grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Homer Grady Smith of Cochran.
The couple has planned to wed on June 27, 2009, at 6 p.m. in Statesboro.
