Mr. and Mrs. Keith Edwards of Braselton, Georgia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Renee Edwards of Athens, Georgia, to Jeffrey C. Dantzler, son of Frances Dantzler of Statesboro and Marion Dantzler of Dallas, Texas.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Pernople Hulsey and Patricia Edwards. Emily is employed with the Jackson County Board of Education at South Jackson Elementary School.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late M. Doyle and Frances  Dantzler and the late John G. and Frances Berry. He is employed with Cox Media Group IMG and Bulldawg Illustrated.

The couple is planning to wed on July 19, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. at Faith Chapel on Jekyll Island.
