MACON — Bulloch Academy raced out to an early 14-0 lead on Mount de Sales Friday night in the first round of the GISA Class AAA playoffs. But the powerful Cavaliers put up 31 unanswered points in the remainder of the second quarter and early in the third quarter to cruise to a 45-23 win to end Bulloch’s season. Bulloch (8-3) racked up 340 yards of total offense and look great early as the hard-hitting Gator defense kept Mount de Sales off balance.A few lapses on defense allowed the big-play offense of Mount de Sales (10-1) to get rolling and the Cavaliers didn’t look back.
