Georgia Southern cornerback Lavelle Westbrooks was selected in the seventh round of the 2014 NFL draft by the Cincinnati Bengals. Westbrooks, the 252nd overall pick, was drafted a day after GSU quarterback Jerick McKinnon was picked in the third round by the Minnesota Vikings. This season marks the first time two Eagles were drafted in the same season since 1987, when Tracy Ham and Fred Stokes were each drafted by the Rams.
