A pancake breakfast benefitting "AJ's Medical Fund" will take place from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., on Sunday at Chops on Main. A.J.'s Medical Fund is a fund-raising effort to benefit A.J. Peterson, son of Angela and Adrian Peterson. Adrian Peterson is a legendary Georgia Southern fullback who played from 1998-2001, led the Eagles to back-to-back national championships in 1999 and 2000 and is the program's all-time leading rusher and scorer.
