Willodean Forrester, 92, widow of Ralph Dalton Forrester, passed away January 11, 2022.
A native of Greer, she was a daughter of the late June and Myrtle Hice Mills.
She was a homemaker, member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Surviving are two sons, Dean Forrester and Kevin Forrester (Pam), both of Greer; a daughter, Rhonda Alderman (Max) of Statesboro, Georgia; eight grandchildren, Melanie Brooks (Corbin), Amy Thompson (Jerry), Ashley Alderman (Amy), Anna Marie Smith (Andrew), Katie Pierson (Daniel), Elizabeth Harris (Kevin) and Hunter Forrester (Stephanie), Debby Alderman (wife of deceased grandson, Jamey Alderman) and 14 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Forrester was preceded in death by one grandson, Jamey Alderman; a sister, Marion Dill; and a daughter-in-law, Molly Forrester.
The funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Friday, January 14, 2022, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and was followed by burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation was held from 1:30-2:45 p.m. Friday at the church.
