Ms. Elizabeth "Liz" Smith, age 60, of Bryan County, passed peacefully on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at her daughter's residence in Richmond Hill, Ga., under the care of Savannah Hospice.
She was a graduate of Bryan County High School Class of 1979 and a member of The Birthing Worship Cathedral of Savannah, Ga.
She is survived by her children, Shaunequia (Nicolas) Lee of Richmond Hill, Ga.; and Courtney Moore of Arizona; sisters, Doreatha Moore of Ellabell, Ga.; and Violet Smith of Savannah, Ga.; brothers, John W. (Virginia) Smith of Kingston, N.C.; Floyd Smith and Clarance (Margret) Smith, both of Claxton, Ga.; Remer L. (Debra) Smith of Boulder, Colorado; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing will take place on Friday, December 3rd, in the chapel of the funeral home from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
The celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 4th, at noon in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Pembroke Chapel, 66 Ledford Street, Pembroke, GA, with Bishop JeQuavian Smith as eulogist.
