Diane Marie Onofrio Graham
Diane Marie Onofrio Graham, 52, of Statesboro, and formerly of Oliver, passed Thursday evening at the Memorial Health University Medical Center.
    A native of New York, she moved to Oliver, Ga., where she reared her family.
    She was of the Catholic faith and had attended Little Ogeechee Baptist Church.
    She was employed for many years with the Statesboro Fire Department and later managed her husband’s business, Neon Design and Sign.
    She will be remembered for her Italian cooking and for the love always given to her granddaughters.
    She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Edmund Onofrio Sr.; and brother, Thomas Edmund Onofrio Jr.
    She is survived by her husband, Eric Fox Organski; a daughter, Leane Marie Hodges, both of Statesboro; a son and daughter-in-law, Phil Lavon and Maria Audice Graham; mother and stepfather, Valerie B. and William Wills of Glen White, W.Va.; sisters and brother-in-law, Cindy Lynn Onofrio of Bloomsburg, Pa.; and Carrie and Brian Helton of Greensboro, N.C.; granddaughters, Ava Gray Hodges, Dawson Bailey Hodges, Sophie Anne Graham and Sadie Adaline Graham; numerous nieces and nephews and her four-legged children, Gotti and George.
    Visitation will be held Sunday, July 8, 2018, from 3-5 p.m. at the Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home in Statesboro.
    The service will follow with Pastor Vernon Edenfield officiating. A private interment will be held in Little Ogeechee Baptist Church Cemetery.
    In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital at www.stjude.org/donate/donate-to-st-jude.html.
