A wild police chase Halloween night resulted in two men arrested on drug charges after crashing into a dumpster, which fell on a stray cat. The driver of a white 1998 Monte Carlo ditched the car before the crash, according to a report by Bulloch County sheriff's Deputy Mark Guarino. The driver, James Anthony Miller, 29, of Packinghouse Road, tried to run away and had to be subdued by Taser because he refused deputies' orders, Guarino said.
