Two men rob convenience store
Robbery 2 PNG

Two armed men with masks burst into a Statesboro convenience store Sunday night and fled with cash. No injuries were reported.
Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson hopes residents in the area who might have seen suspicious persons or activity come forward.
Deputies were called to the Fast Stop convenience store on U.S. Highway 80 East near the Grove Lakes subdivision around 10 p.m. The clerk said the two men in masks, carrying guns, entered the store and took the cash from the register, he said.
Store surveillance video was of poor quality and "at this point there are few investigative leads," Anderson said. "The public's assistance is needed."
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Bulloch County sheriff's Investigator Walter Deal at (912) 764-1788. Anonymous tips may be submitted to tips@bullochsheriff.com.
