A man is in critical condition after a hit-and-run incident Tuesday, and Georgia State Patrol troopers are seeking a witness to the crash. The hit-and-run incident occurred on Lanier Drive near Park Place Apartments inside the city limits of Statesboro. The offender struck the victim, who was riding a bicycle on Lanier Drive.
