Twin brothers were arrested Thursday on outstanding warrants after appearing in traffic court. Keandre Malik Westbrook, 22, of Bird Lane, was wanted for involvement in a domestic violence incident that occurred Sunday, said Statesboro Police Community Information Specialist Madison Warren. His court date for previous traffic offenses was supposed to be Tuesday, but he had the date postponed until Thursday.
