Two teens police say were caught engaging in sexual acts during a high school football game Friday were arrested; one on felony charges. William Bryan Cryer, 18, Scarlett Place, Brooklet, is being held in the Bulloch County Jail, awaiting bond hearings, charged with felony statutory rape, according to Bulloch County Sheriff's reports.Cryer and a 13-year-old girl were caught having sex in a building on the Southeast Bulloch High School campus during the football game, reports stated. Bulloch County Sheriff's Deputy Morgan Elizabeth Jones was patrolling the school grounds, working during the game, when "several students approached "her to inform her of "misconduct going on between" the two, reports said.
