State agents are probing the suspicious death of a Millen man, ruling his death as a homicide. Statesboro Georgia Bureau of Investigations Special Agent-in-Charge Cathy Sapp confirmed Millen police found the body of Kenith Scott, 51, in his Old Waynesboro Road apartment Tuesday, dead of "suspicious injuries." She would not release details of the injuries, citing an ongoing investigation as the reason.
