    Robert David Deal, 42, Foster Williams Road — probation violation.
    Zachary Luke Nesmith, 21, Hawthorne Drive — suspended license, speeding.
    Michael Jason Rapoza, 33, Holly Hill Road, Richmond Hill — bench warrant.
    Michael Damian Smith, 17, JW Lane, Brooklet — disrupting a public school.
    Michael Wayne McDaniel, 53, Ogeechee Drive — theft by shoplifting.
    Cadi Elizabeth Perez, 19, Rucker Lane — possession, manufacture, sale, purchase or distribution of marijuana; possession of drug-related objects.
    Charles Randall Strickland, 52,Nevils Groveland Road, Pembroke — failure to register as a convicted sex offender, failure to comply with sex offender mandates, giving false information.

    Mallory Elizabeth Daniel, 20, Highway 67 — underage possession of alcohol, obstruction.

INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    WESTOVER DRIVE — A man said someone loosened his car’s lug nuts and tried to remove it by wrecker. He saw marks where a wrecker had been there, he said. He said his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend operates a wrecker service and said he suspects he may have been the offender, since the man has been harassing the couple.
    BULLOCH COUJNTY JAIL — A female inmate resisted orders and was sprayed with OC spray after striking jailers. She refused to walk when escorted to a cell, stood in rot of another cell where her boyfriend was contained, and further resisted going into her own cell. She was placed in isolation and additional charges were filed against her.
    CANDLER COUNTY — Bulloch County Sheriff’s deputies and K9 Gismo assisted in locating and apprehending a fugitive known to be a methamphetamine user. They tracked him through woods and swampland, incluiing a pond, before capturing the man.
    BURKHALTER ROAD — A woman caught an unknown man in her car. He fled when she asked him what he was doing, she said.

Statesboro Police Department
    WALNUT STREET — A man reported the theft of keys and a gaming system.
    FAIR/CHANDLER ROADS — A woman said someone in another vehicle yelled vulgar comments at her and she feared for her safety.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A person walked out without paying for $150 worth of clothing, and was not apprehended.
    CANDLER HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — Officers responded to a domestic dispute that was only verbal.
However, in a separate call, police responded to a residence where a woman said a dispute became physical. The offending party, her boyfriend, was not on the scene when officers arrived.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued no traffic citations and no traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
