    Kelvin Lamont Mercer, 33, J. Roy Washington Road — wanted person.
    David R. Blair, 32, Garden District Apartments — marijuana possession, original container required for prescription drugs.

    Jonathan Brandon Johnson, 17, Deloach Church Road — possession of a controlled substance on or near a public school, possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II Controlled substance.
Incidents
    FINCH TRAILER PARK — A man reported the theft of a set of rims.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A man reported the theft of a pair of Nike Air Jordan shoes.
    EAGLE COURT CONDOMINIUMS — A resident said a door was kicked in and damaged; TV surround system and Playstation 3 stolen.
    STATESBORO FLEA MARKET — A woman stole three antique farm tools and sunglasses.
    WEST GRADY STREET — A man reported someone broke in and stole clothing.
    THE GROVE — Two men fought, with one man injuring the other by inflicting lacerations to the elbow. The injured party retaliated b spaying the other with a fire extinguisher. Neither wished to press charges.
    UNIVERSITY PINES APARTMENTS — Two wallets, a Playstation 3, headphones, laptop computer and several pairs of shoes were stolen.
    EASTVIEW APARTMENTS — A woman said three men rushed into her home after she answered a knock. One grabbed her by the throat and demanded money while the other two grabbed her purse and diaper bag. Then, all three fled.

SOUTHEAST BULLOCH MIDDLE SCHOOL — (Brooklet)Two juveniles were arrested for drinking alcoholic beverages at school.
In a separate incident a teen was arrested for stealing a calculator.
BURKHALTER ROAD — (Statesboro) Threeunderage persons were arrested for underage possession of alcohol. One man was Tasered when he ran and the other two hid in the woods.
    WILLIAM JAMES MIDDLE SCHOOL — (Statesboro) Someone broke in and stole money out of vending machines. Bulloch County Sheriff’s investigators said these break—ins have been occurring for two years, and surveillance video in some cases show the offender at work. The cases remain under investigation.
    SEA ISLAND BANK — (Statesboro) A woman reported unauthorized charges made in Maryland and Virginia.
    W.C. HODGES ROAD — A woman said her ATM card was used without permission in Kentucky.
    SOUTHEAST BULLOCH HIGH SCHOOL — Three students were arrested after one brought alcoholic beverages on school grounds and gave it to two others.
    FURMAN ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said someone came into her home ad replaced her microwave, toaster oven and TV with nonworking appliances.
    FIRST SOUTHERN NATIONAL BANK — A woman on Jo-Dan Road in Register reported her bank card used without permission. A second woman reported similar charges made in Pennsylvania.
    TRUFAIL CROSSING — (Portal) A man reported the theft of a game camera.
    J.M. ROYAL LANE — (Statesboro) A man was Tasered when he began acting irate inside a patrol car following his arrest for battery.
    MUD ROAD — (Brooklet) A man reported the theft of wire from his property.
    FERNWOOD DRIVE — (Ellabell) A woman said her husband beat her in the face and back. She showed visible injuries and deputies contacted a safe house for her.
    WILLIAMS ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman reported two TVs, computer, chainsaw, microwave oven, furniture and DVDs stolen.
    TWO CHOP ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported Synovus notified him about fraudulent charges on his bank account made in Pennsylvania.
    HERITAGE BANK OF THE SOUTH — A woman on Myrtle Lane said someone used her bank card number in Kentucky, twice, without her consent.
    SONNY HAGINS ROAD — (Portal) A man reported the theft of gas and money.
    BAYMOMT INN — A man reported his juvenile son ran away and was found in the company of an adult woman, who was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and obstruction.
    MANSFIELD ROAD — A woman said her Mastercard was used fraudulently in Ohio on more than one occasion.
