Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    ARCOLA ROAD — Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. Reports held no further details.
    BROOMSTRAW TRACE — A deputy responding to a domestic call heard “banging” noises inside a home and saw a man crouching down, holding a child. A woman stood at a kitchen counter holding an object. After questioning each party, the deputy learned an argument ensued after a child fell, hitting his head. The man said the woman knocked the child down; she said he tripped. She said the argument was physical but he denied it was anything but verbal.
    CLIFTON ROAD — A man said a pouch of money was taken from his home.
    HIGHWAY 24 — A woman said her current boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend threatened her by text and said she would kill her.
    PROSSER ROAD — A woman said she was participating in a supervised visit with her children and asked her mother, the children’s guardian, whether her male friend could come inside since her car air conditioner did not work. The mother said no and an argument ensued. The complainant said her mother pushed her.
    BILLY MIKELL ROAD — A woman reported vulgar words written on her mail box, and told deputies she suspects a person who has been harassing her for a while.
    MILL CREEK ROAD — A work truck loaded with landscaping materials was reported stolen.
    TALON’S LAKE SUBDIVISION — A man said he went to Wal-Mart and returned to find a lap top computer missing from his living room.
    EAST STONEYBROOK WAY — A woman was walking her dog when she met with a male and his dog. She picked up her dog to avoid a confrontation between the two dogs and the other person’s dog bit her, she said.
    OGEECHEE DRIVE EAST — A man said a woman admitted having put an oily substance and red glitter on his rental car, and wrote on the windshield “Coulda slashed your tires but I ain’t petty.” He said the woman texted him, admitting guilt and named another male as an accomplice. She also offered to clean the car, he said.

Statesboro Police Department
    MIDTOWN BAR & GRILL — A woman reported a purse valued at $450 taken from her vehicle.
    BI LO — A shoplifting suspect got away after trying to take $75 worth of food, $58 worth of hygiene products, $32 worth of alcohol and $39 worth of cigarettes.
    FOOD WORLD/NORTHSIDE DRIVE WEST — A woman concealed $20 of food in her purse and left without paying. She was not apprehended.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued no traffic citations and one traffic warnings and assisted three motorists.
    SOUTHERN PINES APARTMENTS — Police investigated a theft report.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — A person was arrested on sexual battery charges. Reports also list a domestic dispute and terroristic threats violation.
