THE LODGE APARTMENTS — Two people were served with criminal trespass warnings after someone reported suspicious activity. Reports did not give details of the activity.
WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — Two offenders concealed about $72 each worth of food and tried leaving without paying. They were arrested.
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Department
OLD KING’S ROAD — A woman reported a man who parks his truck and walks in front of her house daily. Deputies checked, and the man said he just walks there for his health and uses that road because there is little traffic and no dogs to bother him.
ZELL MILLER PARKWAY — A woman told deputies her estranged husband harassed her and when she changed her phone numbers he confronted her at her workplace.
HWY. 301 SOUTH — A woman said someone opened a package of checks in her mail box and removed some of them.
LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD — A man was arrested after being drunk, obnoxious and disturbing neighbors and children.
Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued 30 traffic citations and eight traffic warnings, as well as assisted two motorists.
FREEDOM’S LANDING — A woman said she argued with her boyfriend, who slapped her on both sides of her face and caused scratches. She said they had called Statesboro police before about previous incidents, and that she is pregnant with his child. When police located the man, he was carrying a pistol without a license and was arrested.
