    Stephen Streets, 22, Vista Ridge Lane, Flowery Branch — possession of marijuana, safety restraint violation.
    Abdul Aziz Bah, Mellowson Circle, 26, Lawrenceville — failure to appear.
    Megan Nicole Estell, 20, Ranier Drive, Atlanta — possession of marijuana, possession of alcoholic beverage by person under 21.
    Cortez Queshaun Beck, 20, Abilene Court, Decatur — possession of marijuana, possession of alcoholic beverage by person under 21, giving false information.
    Rihana Brenae Woolfolk, 19, Johns Broke Drive, Lithia Springs — possession of marijuana, possession of alcoholic beverage by person under 21.

Incidents
    COLLEGE BOULEVARD — A pair of bicycles was reported stolen.
    RUCKER LANE — A television was stolen from an apartment.
    NORTH MAIN STREET — A bicycle locked to a porch was ripped away and stolen.
    GROOVER LANE — A man said he was injured by gunshots fired toward him.
    CHANDLER ROAD — A bicycle was reported stolen.
    LANIER DRIVE — A woman told police that her ex-boyfriend cut the tire of her vehicle. The woman observed the ex tampering with her vehicle from the bedroom window, she said.
    MIKE-ANN DRIVE — A man told police shoes and golf clubs were taken from his home. The items were later discovered at a pawn shop.
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — Police took a report that said an unknown person was making telephone calls, asking about sexual orientation. The offender called again later, pretending to represent a cable company, and asked for personal information and addresses.

GEORGIA STATE PATROL POST 45
Arrests
    Troopers issued five seat belt citations, five speeding citations, and 12 total citations Monday.

Incidents 
    Between Friday and Monday, troopers investigated 17 crashes with four injuries; stopped 97 vehicles; patrolled 1,521 miles; issued 14 seat belt warnings, 42 speeding warnings and 96 total warnings; and assisted one motorist.
    

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE

    Officers issued four traffic citations between Friday and Monday.

Incidents
    Officers issued seven traffic warnings and assisted one motorist between Friday and Monday.
