STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests

    Randall Lanier, 48, Clark Avenue, Savannah — speeding, suspended license.
    Thomas Daniel Peters, 20, Goldfinch Circle, Monticello — obstruction.
    Travis Knight, 20, East Country Woods Drive, Covington — criminal trespass.
 
Incidents
    STATESBORO POST OFFICE — A man said four men jumped him and one struck him in the head with a bottle, leaving visible injuries.
    BROAD STREET — A man said he suspects his ex-girlfriend of stealing the following: a cell phone, medical records, toiletries, a cooler, a drop cord, food, cologne and more.
    STADIUM PLACE APARTMENTS — Two men reported fighting each other and were given information about taking out warrants if they wished.
    HAWTHORNE APARTMENTS — One man was arrested for striking vehicle with his fists while another man who fled from police was charged with obstruction.

Arrests

    David Lee Raymond, 41, Harvey Wilson Road, Portal — theft by conversion (felony).
    Larrentric Tarrell Heggs, 23, Cedarwood Acres Mobile Homes, Register — probation violation.
    Dexter Antoine Bush, 26, Brannen Drive — battery, third degree cruelty to children.
    Leon Mercer, 39, Twin Forks Road — probation violation.

Incidents
    GA.119 — (Stilson) A woman said her son damaged a vehicle and punched a hole in her wall. He dumped trash in the kitchen and scattered household items before leaving the home.
    MARTIN LANE —(Statesboro) A man reported the theft of water pumps, a welder, generator, plywood and copper wiring from a cabinet shop.
    McKELVEEN POND ROAD — (Register) A man reported a burglary, listing the following items stolen: several guns, a TV, Xbox and video games, and a gun scope.
    COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS — A domestic dispute ended in a man’s arrest.
