INCIDENTS
Statesboro Police Department
    OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — A 1987 fraternity composite and a dryer were stolen.
In a separate incident someone reported unknown offenders poured paint on a pool table, ping pong table, in a bathroom and on stairs.
    LANIER DRIVE — Someone reported the theft of a gaming system, lap top computer and TV during a burglary.
    WALMART SUPERCENTER — A juvenile shoplifted $41 worth of various items and was turned over to parents after apprehension.
Another shoplifter, a man, tried leaving the store without paying for $54 worth of alcoholic beverages. He was arrested.
    SOUTH MAIN STREET— A man was arrested after witnesses saw him pick a dog up, lift it to head level and slam it to the ground.
    HIGHWAY 67 — Someone broke into a car and allegedly stole $250 cash, $20 change, a $100 gift card two baseball gloves worth $200 each and a set of $300 sunglasses.
    WENDWOOD DRIVE —Someone reported the theft of a laptop computer, headphones, gaming system and games, school book bag, various books and other games.
    ANDERSON’S GENERAL STORE — Someone stole $100 worth of clothing.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    PULASKI HIGHWAY — A woman called deputies when two of her brothers engaged in a drunken fight.
    WILLIAM JAMES MIDDLE SCHOOL — A female reported being harassed on social media by a male, who threatened her. Reports did not specify age or whether the parties involved were students.
    PINEVIEW DRIVE — A woman was arrested after a deputy, responding to a reported domestic dispute, saw her striking a woman over 65. Both were bloody and the victim said the offender had been drinking, acting strangely, slamming cabinet doors and banging her head against them.
    MAGNOLIA PLACE — A man shot himself in the foot while cleaning a hand gun.
    OLLIFF HILL ROAD — Deputies seeking a man wanted on outstanding warrants found him hiding on the floor. They also arrested a woman there for obstruction.
    HIGHWAY 80/HIGHWAY 25 — A woman was speeding and almost crashed into another vehicle. Deputies stopped her, found a bottle of gin in the car, and arrested her on open container and other charges.

    In the past week troopers investigated 14 crashes with two reported injuries; issued two seat belt citations and four warnings; one child restraint citation and no warnings; 12 speeding citations and 32 warnings.
