    ELDORA ROAD — A woman told deputies a man damaged her car by kicking it during an argument.
    COUNTRY CLUB ROAD — A man reported three of his vehicle tires had been slashed.
    CHOCTAW HUNT — Responding to reports of shots fired, deputies arrested two men for firing guns while intoxicated, reckless conduct and underage possession of alcohol.
    BOOSTER BOULEVARD — A woman reported a wallet with $150 taken from her Jeep.
    MARIA SORREL ROAD — A man said he went to feed his dogs and found a prized fox-hunting dog valued at $500 dead, with a suspected gunshot wound to the head.
    J.M. STRICKLAND POND ROAD — A man reported the theft of a boat and trailer.
    ELLIS ROAD — A woman said she was cooking herself dinner when her father became angry about lights being left on. He took a hatchet and shattered two light fixtures, she said. This scared her and she hid in her room. The man admitted doing so when deputies asked, and was arrested.
    CYPRESS LAKE ROAD — A man fled when deputies arrived in response to a domestic dispute. A woman first denied anything was wrong and that the man was not home, but deputies noted she had been crying and was breathing heavily. She then admitted the man was inside. Deputies captured him after a brief chase, and the man surrendered.

Statesboro Police Department
    COLLEGE PLAZA — A man was arrested for asking someone for money. He was charged with begging/soliciting.
    BRAMPTON AVENUE — A woman said someone used her financial transaction cards twice after her car had been broken into and her cards stolen.
    S&S RAILROAD BED ROAD — A man suspected in a domestic dispute was seen leaving in his vehicle. He was arrested on DUI charges.
    LANIER DRIVE — A man told police several unknown individuals “jumped” him.
    WAL-MART NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET — An employee reported a shoplifter who took $30 worth of alcoholic beverages and $4 worth of food. The suspect was not apprehended.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A juvenile shoplifted a $65 cell phone case and was turned over to guardians after the Department of Juvenile Justice was contacted.
    EAST OLLIFF STREET — Two women were arrested for fighting.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued no traffic citations and no traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
    GSU TRANSIT BUS — Police investigated a report of sexual battery.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAS — Someone reported a suspicious person.
