    STOCKYARD ROAD — A woman reported gasoline and an amplifier stolen from a car.
    FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL — A man late on his payments came in, irate because the company had been calling him about his account. He yelled at employees, and when a male employee stopped him from approaching a female employee’s desk, he left, ramming his arm into a locked door and squealing tires.

Incidents
    SPRAYBERRY COURT — (Statesboro) A woman said someone called her daughter, claiming to be tech support for her school. The person walked her daughter through some steps on the computer, then asked for a credit card number. When the daughter explained she did not have a credit card, the caller threatened to lock her computer, and somehow did so.
    HYNKO ROAD — (Brooklet) A man reported someone pried open a door and stole several firearms from his home.
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 67/BURKHALTER ROAD — (Statesboro) A deputy tried stopping a man who drove through two backyards and a ditch before parking at a residence. He was charged with DUI under 21.
    U.S. HIGHWAY 80 EAST — (Statesboro) A man and woman fought physically during an argument. The man said the woman grabbed him around the neck and by his shirt. She said she did so because he grabbed her wrist and would not return her cellphone. She said she was trying to get him to leave. She also said she did not feel safe leaving the kids with him because of a text threat he made. The couple are divorcing.
    ALLENWOOD DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman called deputies because her daughter was unruly and physically attacked her when she tried to discipline her. Deputies noted there were several domestic dispute reports in the past and noted the daughter’s demeanor. Then they arrested the daughter for disorderly conduct.
    CHARLIE FINCH ROAD — (Portal) A woman said someone had been damaging things on their property, so her husband stayed home one day and discovered a man with whom he feuds often in his carport. The offender tried to get the complainant’s husband to punch him, she said.

    Officers issued four traffic citations Wednesday.
    Arison Scott Reed, 18, Savannah — wanted person. 
    Jacob Secord Young, 18, Georgia Avenue — possession of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects and criminal trespass.
    Jason Tyler Willoughby, 18, Chandler Road —  possession of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects and criminal trespass.
   
Incidents
    Officers issued three traffic warnings and assisted three motorists Wednesday.
    CARROLL BUILDING — Construction work set off a fire alarm.
    MATH/PHYSICS BUILDING — Someone reported a phone stolen.
    WILDLIFE CENTER — Officers investigated two suspicious persons inside the Wildlife Center and arrested them on drug charges and other offenses.
    J LOT — Officers discovered an intoxicated subject who was judicially referred to university officials for alcohol violations instead of being arrested.
