Renard Denson, 27, Heritage Circle, Augusta -false statements, concealed facts or fraudulent documents in a matter under government jurisdiction; misdemeanor obstruction of officers; fleeing or attempting to elude.
Stanley Ma'Shawn Jenkins, 23, Beaver Creek Drive - misdemeanor bench warrant.
John Joseph Ryder, 58, Riverview Road, Brooklet - DUI (less safe/drugs), reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, speeding, violation of license restrictions, driving on wrong side of roadway.
Jacob Trenton Saxon, 19, Old River Road South - unlawful conduct during a 911 call by using obscene or profane language to intimidate or harass 911 officer, simple assault (family violence).

Cameron Elijah Douglas, 17, Martin Luther King Jr. Drive - misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property.
Bryce Christopher Huckabee, 21, High Chaparral Drive, Martinez - public drunkenness.
Charles Anthony Robinson, 54, Pound Drive - DUI (alcohol, 0.08 or more), failure to maintain lane.

Zollise Lamar Kelly, 19, Brandenburgh Way, Roswell - sexual exploitation of children, transmission of photos or videos depicting nudity or sexual conduct.

INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff's Office

SAGEBRUSH COURT - An adult, a juvenile victim and a juvenile witness reported a fight that had broken out among children, including some around 8 years old.
NEW CASTLE ROAD - A woman who returned home to find her bathroom flooded told a deputy she thought someone had entered her residence and cut a water line intentionally. She also presented a list of items she said had been stolen over an extended period of time.
WL PLASTICS - A deputy responded to a report of an unwanted person, and a man with an Augusta address was arrested on multiple charges.
Other Tuesday incidents will be included in Thursday's report.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued one traffic citation and two traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
A theft of unsecured property was reported at the Recreation Activity Center.
Marijuana possession incidents at Southern Courtyard and Eagle Village were reported for "judicial referral."
