STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
    Clinton Lovett, 18, Josh Court, Millen — conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana, obstruction, giving false information.
    Desiree Patricia Parker, 21, Palmer Road, Millen — giving false information.
    Lee Hanson Walker, 39, Barfield Way, Rincon — suspended license, suspended registration, no proof of insurance.
    Royreguez Jamal Cooper, 29, Veeta Drive, Sylvania — second offense driving with a suspended license.

Incidents
    GREEN STREET — A man said his girlfriend attacked him, leaving him with visible scratches, and he found his clothes cut to pieces and thrown away.
    BALDWIN STREET — Police responding to a call about criminal trespass against a car found a woman who gave them false information, and a man who not only gave them false information, but hid marijuana in his mouth to avoid being charged. They both were arrested.
    HENRY STREET — Two juveniles were taken into custody after a fight on a school bus.
    PACKINGHOUSE ROAD — A couple argued over domestic issues.
    DOLLAR TREE — A man reported an iPod, charger, GPS unit and other items stolen from a vehicle.

Arrests
    Brandon Michael Burkes, 28, Watkins Glenn, Woodstock — probation violation.
    Anna Nicole Ludlam, 21, Mud Road, Brooklet — no insurance, suspended license, possession/use of drug related objects, probation violation.
    Walter Blake Pullam, 24, Friendship Church Road — bench warrant.
    William Riggs Sabb, 19, Harris Road — statutory rape, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
    Sadaria Rawls Owens, 54, Burkhalter Road — DUI, failure to maintain lane, false report of theft or conversion of vehicle.

Incidents
    BURKHALTER/PRETORIA RUSHING ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman ditched her car and walked away, witnesses said. She later called police to report the car had been hijacked by two men. She was arrested for DUI and false report of a crime.
    AKINS CIRCLE — (Brooklet) A woman reported a grill stolen.
    OLD EPHESUS CHURCH ROAD — (Claxton) Deputies investigated reports of a large amount of jewelry stolen in a burglary.

    Officers issued seven traffic citations Wednesday.
    Willie Melvin Jones, 21, Conyers — theft by taking.

Incidents
    Officers issued 10 traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
    FREEDOM’S LANDING — A micro-refrigerator and a television were reported stolen, and an arrest was made.
