INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    BARNYARD LANE — A woman said she and her boyfriend obtained permission from her mother to come into her home and shower. The girl’s stepfather, however, awoke, accused them of breaking in, used profanity and struck the boyfriend in the back of the head.
    EAGLE TRACE VILLAGE — A man asked his son to turn down his loud TV, and the son said “You’re tripping.” The man took the remote and left the room but the son again turned on the TV very loud. The father made him leave, and the son went outside and damaged the man’s car. Deputies arrived and saw him sitting on the vehicle, asked him what happened and he said “I stood on it.” The father did not wish to press charges.

Statesboro Police Department
    LANIER DRIVE — A man who said he was struck by a vehicle was treated by EMS and transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
    BRANNEN STREET — A power line was damaged when employees of a business were digging.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued no traffic citations and no traffic warnings and assisted no motorists.
