    Terrell Marquis Roberson, 23, Kensington Trail, Lithonia — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    Tonya Lee Cowart, 30, Homestead Drive, Ellabell — suspended license, suspended registration, no proof of insurance.
 
Incidents
    PIZZA HUT — (Buckhead Plaza) A former employee entered an area where paychecks were held to get her check and another person threatened her and physically removed her from the store.
    MINCEY STREET — A woman reported a tree fell on her house during a storm.
    HOWARD LUMBER — Someone stole about $100 worth of snack foods and a lawnmower.
    FOX RIDGE APARTMENTS — Someone stole $115 from a bedroom.
    PERFECT IMAGE — Someone sprayed graffiti on a wall.

    POJO’S — (Burkhalter) Deputies had to use an air horn and siren to awaken a woman who was intoxicated.
