    Justin Cody Williams, 19, Perkins Road, Millen — probation violation.
    Brandon Lashawn Crawford, 20, Plantation Villas — probation violation.

Incidents
    STADIUM PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman told police around 2 p.m. Monday that a man threw mayonnaise on her car during an argument.
    COLLEGE WALK APARTMENTS — A woman told police around 11:30 p.m. Monday that she saw a man staring at her through her bedroom window. He fled when spotted.
    MORRIS STREET — A juvenile told police around 10:30 p.m. Monday that she heard someone knocking on the living room window. When her adult sister came home from work, she saw a man come out of the shadows and run across her yard. She said the man was the same one who had been caught hiding in their utility closet the day before.

    Thomas James Cook, 31, Nature’s Way — suspended license.
    Ricky Joe Harden, 43, Lindsay Court — sale of cocaine, sale of a schedule II controlled substance, sale of a schedule IV controlled substance, sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, bench warrant, wanted person, suspended license.
    Joshua Alexander Fordham, 21, Lanier Drive —statutory rape (seven counts), child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
    Marty Troy Williams, 30, New Life Lane, Cobbtown — simple battery.
    Whitney Morgan Spires, 25, Guyton — disorderly conduct.
    Robert Lewis Smith, 53, Lanier Drive — suspended license, impeding the flow of traffic.

Incidents
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 119 — (Stilson)  A man and his son argued around 4 p.m. Saturday over feeding the dogs, and the argument escalated until the man called deputies to make his son leave.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    None reported Monday.

Incidents
    Officers issued three traffic citations and assisted two motorists Monday.
    ROSENWALD BUILDING — Officers responded to a fire around 10:35 a.m. Monday. The building was checked, and the smoke was possibly created by the use of second-floor microwave.
