    JOHNSON STREET — A woman said another woman makes incessant calls to her that are verbally abusive and threaten her and her family.
    BUTLER HOMES — A woman reported being harassed by several individuals.
    HARVEY DRIVE — A woman reported being threatened by phone and through voice mail messages.
    STADIUM WALK APARTMENTS — A woman reported two wallets and a cell phone taken from a car.
    NORTH COLLEGE STREET — Someone broke in and stole copper wiring, removing it from electrical boxes and elsewhere in the home.
    BELK — A woman reported a suspicious male who often comes in when it is raining, and stares at customers.

Arrests
    William James Buchanan, 23, University Place — probation violation, sale of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and unlawful use of communications facilities.
    Christopher Powell Jr., 29, West Waters Road — probation violation.
    Bobby Joe Medlin, 34, Old Pond Lane — public intoxication.

Incidents
    TILLMAN AND DEAL — (North Main, Statesboro) Copper wire and a computer monitor were reported stolen.
    FRIENDSHIP CHURCH ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a large amount of scrap metal.
    LAKEVIEW ROAD — A man reported the theft of a lawn mower battery.
