    WENDY’S — A woman said someone stole a diamond wedding band from a counter.
    WILLOW BEND APARTMENTS — A woman said someone used her identity to file a false tax return.
    MULBERRY STREET — A man threatened others during a dispute, left the scene and returned to snatch a cell phone before fleeing again.
    PLANTATION VILLAS — A tenant reported an Xbox 360 and diamond necklace stolen.
    DONALDSON STREET — A man said someone stole his bicycle but left another one behind.
    COLLEGE VUE APARTMENTS — A man reported the theft of gloves, shoes, an iPod dock, amplifier, guitar and case, TV and DVD player.

    Randy Raymond Jr., 22, Woodrow Circle, Portal — suspended license.
    William Montrell Durham, 24, Quacker Road, Waynesboro — probation violation.
      Quinnie Clark, 50, Tanglewood Drive, Augusta — failure to appear.
 
Incidents
    OLD GROVELAND ROAD — (Pembroke) A man and woman were arrested after deputies noted visible injuries on both following a domestic dispute turned physical.
    OLD DILL ROAD — (Portal) A man and woman argued over their daughter’s behavior and possession of a vehicle.
    PRETORIA RUSHING ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman returned home to find doors unlocked she knew she had locked. She smelled the strong odor of cigarette inside, and heard something in the back of the house. She found the back door unlocked, and said it was always kept locked. Then, her neighbor, a man wearing a red shirt and jeans, smoking a cigarette, appeared at her front door. He asked whether she had any valuables and claimed to be helping law enforcement search for an escaped inmate. When deputies went to the neighbor’s residence the man there was sleeping and wearing different clothes.

    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — A set of keys and a wallet were stolen.
    MPP BUILDING — A bicycle was taken from the bike rack.
