STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
    Elgie Raymond, 55, Johnson Street – driving with a suspended license.
    Charisma Jasmine Hunt, 21, Pine Hill Road, Hephzibah – suspended license, headlights violation.
Incidents
    JC PENNEY – Police responded regarding a report of internal theft. A woman is suspected of taking several articles of clothing without paying.
    STATESBORO MALL – A woman and her son argued over his girlfriend cursing her.
    JOHNSON LANE – A woman was transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in a physical altercation. The offender was not at the scene and the victim was advised or warrant procedures.
    HARDEN ROAD – A woman said a man damaged appliances and household fixtures during an argument.
    FLORENCE AVENUE – Victims told police they were threatened with bodily harm by subjects who were angry because they had spoken to police regarding previous issues.
    FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS – A woman told police her ex-boyfriend grabbed her by the arm, demanded her new cell phone number and told her she could not date anyone else.
    EAST AVENUE – Two sisters argued after one turned the TV off. One struck the other on the top of the head and the other spit on her sister’s neck.

BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Arrests
    Willie Lee Mathager, 23, Coleraine Drive, Pt. Wentworth – sale of Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substance, bench warrant, marijuana possession with intent to distribute, possession/manufacture/distribution of a controlled substance, obstruction.
    Wanda Jean Terrell, 52, U.S. 80 East, Brooklet – bench warrant.
Incidents
    JOHN GRECO LANE – (Statesboro) A woman said a man threw water on her and tried to grab her cell phone during an argument. He fled when she called 911.
    OAK HILL MOBILE HOME PARK – (Clito) A man who said he owned the park reported a suspicious person. He told deputies he had been drinking and saw a man running form one of the homes, but delayed making a report due to his inebriation.
    NEWTON’S TRAILER PARK – (Clito) A woman said three older males were playing with her six-year-old son and rough-housing started. Her son caught the brunt of the tussle, and she called law enforcement to document incident. The three offenders were not supposed to be in the trailer park, she said.

    Officers issued one traffic warning, assisted one motorist,responded to three alarms and a small grass fire near Lewis Hall Wednesday.
