     Holly Alana Walls-Beckett, 33, Walthour Road, Rincon — theft by shoplifting.
     Brandi Nicole Howard, 23, Fernwood Drive, Ellabell — theft by shoplifting.
     Christalyn Evette Deloach, 18, Sky Drive — theft by shoplifting.
     Sirbrina Elizabeth Bangs, 24, First Street, Sylvania — theft by shoplifting.
     Parnell Cooper, 50, Elm Street — probation violation.
     Shariqua L. Hylow, 19, Anderson Parrish Road, Portal — stop sign violation, violation of a conditional permit.
     Juan Ruiz-Soriano, 26, Langston Chapel Road —speeding, driving without a valid license.

Incidents
     FLOYD STREET — A man struck a woman in the face during a dispute over their relationship.
     SPLASH IN THE BORO — A man said a wallet was taken from his truck.
     BUCKHEAD DRIVE — A man was arrested after a hit-and-run with no reported injuries.
     RAMBLE ROAD — Someone took $43 from a vehicle.
     DUNLAP STREET — A woman said her boyfriend slapped her in the face and hit her on top of the head with his fist.
     EAGLE AUTOMOTOVE — Several vehicles were broken into and some items scattered outside the cars.
     WALMART — Police arrested several shoplifters in different incidents, including one woman who hid a $3 packet of eye shadow in her shorts. In a separate incident, a man reported someone stole an air conditioner unit from his truck bed.
     UNIVERSITY POINTE APARTMENTS — A modem, table, vacuum cleaner, TV and DVDs were stolen.
     RUDE RUDY’S — Someone took a wallet from a car.
     HARDEES — One employee said another employee threatened him over a 1/3 pound hamburger.
     QUALITY INN & SUITES — Someone reported the theft of tools from a truck bed.
     FREE SPIRIT POTTERY — Someone stole a $100 set f wind chimes, $30 from a bank bag and left the store lights turned on. Damage was noted to some steps as well.
     CINEMA 12 — A juvenile elbowed a woman in the stomach.
     KMART — A woman was arrested after concealing clothes in a purse.

Arrests

     Jeffrey William Bolton, 48, Mock Street, Sylvania — sale of oxycodone.
     Cynthia Nell Ansel, 45, West frontage Road, Sylvania — sale of oxycodone.
     Pamela Oliver Bolton, 46, Mock Street, Sylvania — sale of oxycodone.
     Charles Dustin Carter, 37, Main Street, Register — manufacturing methamphetamine.
     Robert Matthew Lutz, 29, Moore-Bird Lane, Register — manufacturing methamphetamine.
    
Incidents
     KRUSE KOZY KORNER (Ga. 46, Nevils) A woman said a Masonic ring and a Civil War era rifle were stolen.
     SANDPIPER LANE — (Statesboro) A man reported his truck stolen, but then told deputies he owed money on it and the man who sold it may have repossessed it.
     CLITO ROAD — (Clito)  A couple seen taking scrap metal were stopped at a local recycling center, but said they did not cross a man’s fence line. The complainant said he did not find anything missing, but the two were served with a criminal trespass warning.

     Patrick Mark Maksimik, 19, University Villas — cruelty to animals and obstruction of an officer.
     Robert Andrew Casey, 22 Whistleville Court, Winder — furnishing alcohol to a minor and obstruction of an officer.
    
Incidents
    Officers issued four traffic warnings, assisted six motorists and responded to two alarms Monday.
     CONE HALL — Someone reported a rug was stolen.
