Arrests

    Arrests Friday through Monday will be reported Wednesday.

Incidents
    RJ KENNEDY ROAD —(Statesboro) A man was arrested for stealing tractor weights and other items and selling them to another man. The items were located at a metal recycler. Also, the offender threatened the man who bought the metal from him by phone, saying he would cause him bodily harm.
    SKYE DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man and woman argued over child custody and visitation. The man was angry because the woman was seeing another man, reports stated.
    ANDERON PARRISH ROAD — (Portal) Bulloch County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a reported suspicious incident, but the deputy did not include any details about the incident in reports.
    GA. 46 — (Statesboro) A woman reported the theft of a white 2000 Buick Regal LS.
    THE BARN MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A woman called deputies because her former boyfriend was at her home causing a disturbance. The man wanted to go to jail, deputies reported, but due to his extensive medical history he was transported back to his home.
    DAWNE DRIVE —(Statesboro) A man threatened his estranged wife because she would not allow their 17-year-old daughter to use the car.
    BURKHALTER ROAD —(Statesboro) A woman almost ran over another, then got out with a knife and confronted the other woman. She said driving towards the other female was an accident and she was defending herself with the knife, but the other parties involved said she was being intentionally aggressive. The argument involved nonpayment of her share of income from rental property.
    LUCY LANE — (Statesboro) A woman called deputies because a man was irate. The man said he did not want her there. The woman asked for transport to the hospital because she is pregnant and was cramping.
    EAGLE TRACE MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies a man (father of her children) pressed a knife to her throat. She had no visible injuries.

    FRIDAY — Officers issued one traffic warning, assisted two motorists and responded to two alarms.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued three traffic warnings and responded to two alarms.
