    Reinaldo L. Diaz, 30, Mincey Street — safety restraint violation, violation of class CP license, marijuana possession.
    Mayah Louise Gaddy, 20, Statesboro Place Circle — theft by shoplifting.
    Phillip Roland Thompson, 28, Tompkins Drive — no proof of insurance, driving with suspended or revoked license.
    Willie Junior Williams, 46, Lanier Drive — open container of alcoholic beverage in vehicle passenger area, failure to stop at a stop sign, DUI.
    James Rodriques Blackmon, 33, Jennings Drive — failure to stop at a stop sign, driving while license suspended or revoked.
    Johnathan Cody Bennett, 24, Pine Log Road, Augusta — possession of drug paraphernalia (3), too fast for conditions; marijuana possession, DUI.

Incidents
    ASPEN HEIGHTS — A man said he left his wallet on a table by the pool. When the complainant returned, he noticed the item was stolen.
    BROAD STREET — A woman reported that an unknown person entered her vehicle and stole her iPhone 5. This case was turned over to the Criminal Investigations Bureau Detective Section Supervisor for review.
    BROAD STREET — A woman said an unknown person entered her vehicle and stole her purse and a wallet along with the contents of the wallet. The case was turned over to the Statesboro Police Department for further review.
    NORTHSIDE DRIVE — A woman said an unknown person opened a car door and dented the right door of her vehicle while she was at the incident location.
    111 SOUTH APARTMENTS — A man said an unknown person(s) damaged his front door by striking the door knob with a blunt object. Maintenance for the complex was notified.
    SOUTH WALNUT STREET — A woman stated that she and her boyfriend were in a physical argument over relationship issues. The female victim reported that during the argument, the boyfriend struck her with his hands. The male victim stated that during the argument the female victim struck him with her hands. No visible injuries were on either person.
    CHANDLER ROAD — A man reported fraudulent charges made on his credit card without his permission. The case was forwarded to the Criminal Investigation Bureau Detective Section Supervisor for review.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAGE — An officer responded in reference to a group of subjects fighting in the complex parking lot. Four subjects were yelling at each other and engaged in an altercation. Two victims had physical injuries. Neither parties pressed charges against the other.
