    Felix R. Torres, 22, Sussex Street, Dover, N.J. — improper parking, DUI.
    Levon Daniels, 54, East Olliff Street — suspended license.
    Raheem Vonte Tarver, 19, Solomon Circle — driving without a valid license.
    Jeremy Todd Wiggins, 25, Hoke Floyd Road, Baxley — battery.
    Amber Nicole Dixon, 22, Hoke Floyd Road, Baxley — interference with an emergency phone call.

Incidents
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A man pointed a pistol at the woman who lives above him due to noise she and others were making.
    FAIR ROAD — A man was charged with DUI after an officer saw him veer into a bike lane for about 100 feet.
    PLATINUM LOUNGE — A man was issued a noise violation citation for the business.
    STAMBUK LANE — Someone stole a laptop computer and electric guitar.
    WILLIAM JAMES EDUCATIONAL CENTER — Two students fled the school. One was caught, but the other was not immediately found.
    GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — An Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii, games, camera, passport and textbooks were stolen.
    FINCH’S TRAILER PARK — A man struck a woman and threatened to “get his boys” and return to cause more physical harm.

Arrests
    David Benjamin Deloach, 20, Old Register Road — bench warrant, probation violation.
    James David Owens Jr., 37, Warnock Street, Register — child support lockup (failure to pay).

Incidents
    LAGOON ROAD — A woman said a man threw her cell phone and broke it during an argument when she threatened to call police.
    WESTOVER DRIVE — A man and woman argued after she demanded he leave. She placed his belongings outside the home and told deputies the property and mortgage were hers alone. He refused to leave, claiming he paid half the bills.

    Officers issued two traffic warnings, assisted four motorists, responded to one sick person call and one injured person call and investigated two accidents Monday.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — A book bag was stolen.
    LANDRUM CENTER — Someone reported a wallet stolen.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE — A soccer ball was reported stolen.
