Statesboro Police Department
    WAL-MART NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET — Two men were arrested for shoplifting $52 worth of alcoholic beverages and $6 worth of other property.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    PIKE ROAD — A woman reported someone entered her home, took a “vial of an unknown specimen” and tampered with two others. She told deputies someone also “tapped into” her security cameras.
    HIGHWAY 67 — A man told deputies he bought a pit bull puppy from someone via a website called “Hobbly.” When he went to the American Kennel Club to register the pup, he discovered the information he was given about the pup was false. He asked for the correct information or a refund of $600 but the seller told deputies the information was correct and he would have to take the matter to court.
    J.U. WILLIAMS LANE — Neighbors argued over a fire one man started. The argument involved questions about a fire permit and complaints that smoke was choking one set of neighbors, and some involved made threats of violence.
    COLQUITT LANE — A woman said her fiance locked her out of her home, disassembled a safe, took $5,000 and left on a bicycle.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued two traffic citations and two traffic warning and assisted no motorists.
